1. Processing Time: TADO MUSLIN promises to process your order within 48 hours after your purchase. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.

• Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

• Delivery times typically range from 3-4 days. For customers on the West Coast, 2-3 days delivery is guaranteed.

• For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

• For shipments to Canada, orders are expected to arrive in 4-5 days via UPS.
